As the residential property market in Dubai continues to mature, the demand has surpassed the supply in the past two years; it is hardly a surprise that Dubai real estate property prices are increasing so swiftly. With real estate developers of Dubai working overtime to complete new units, there is a good chance that prices might go down a bit by the next few years.

This is partly due to an increase in international flight routes and reduced air fares. Destinations like Brazil are increasing in popularity for property investors. Brazil has been experiencing a lot of new developments in current years, and projects are getting underway both in the cities and along the beautiful coastlines.
